Always meet with a smile when I walk in. They have always been on schedule. Dr Buckwalter is the best (may even have a joke for you) She is so respectful and thankful for her staff and you can honestly see the respect she receives from them. She has always made sure that I understand what she has done and what's coming up. I don't give reviews or recommend people but Dr Buckwalter and staff are amazing. Dwayne Ferguson

I haven’t been to this facility yet? But I know my favorite dentist in the whole wide world is gonna be here starting January. Mrs. Natalie Powell. I’m 47 and have never been to a dentist till I got oral cancer. After they removed it and radiation. Had a hole in my sinuses and lose 4 teeth. I needed a arbitratior or prosthetic. It was Mrs Powell and her helper job to reconstruct my mouth. I been seeing her for 2-3 years now. And I must say! My teeth and mouth was well taken care of. I hated to smile! She’s tiny but she definitely knows what she’s doing. I’m 6’3” 270lbs. I felt like alligator!🤣🤣 No complaints from me EVER. She definitely took very good care of me despite my situation when I first came to her. She’s very sweet and attentive. Even funny! I will NEVER see another dentist. Best damn dentist EVER hands down no competition!

I can't say enough wonderful things about Carilion Clinic Family Dentistry! It had been a long time since I had been to the dentist but after a recommendation from a friend, I scheduled an appointment here. I was so nervous, I've had some poor experiences in the past with other dental offices but from the first phone call I felt at ease. From the receptionists on the phone to the staff inside, everyone is so welcoming and friendly. Laura A. is an incredible hygienist, she worked miracles on my teeth! And Dr. B and Laura D. are a fantastic team who make me feel comfortable during procedures. Everyone explains what they're doing and why. They check in and remember personal details from past visits. I think it says a lot about a place for someone who once dreaded dental work to now look forward to seeing their dental care providers. I recommend this practice to everyone I know!

These professionals are absolutely amazing! I have avoided going to a dentist for years - and was beyond pleasantly surprised when I walked into Carilion Clinic Family Dentistry. From the start at the receptionist’s desk to the x-Ray technician, to the doctor and then to the hygienist, the quality of care, attention and manner of the staff was professional, courteous and kind. I wasn’t judged for having been lacking in my dental care while everything was explained simply yet thoroughly, and the overall atmosphere was lighthearted and easy. The dental work was gentle and the explanations about the condition of my teeth were clear. I felt 100% comfortable from start to finish - and I’m pretty discerning about who I trust and subsequently recommend to others. Madeline, Laura D, Doctor B, and Laura A are top notch professionals, and it was very obvious to me from start to finish, that these ladies take great pride in what they do. Highly recommended. Thank you Carilion Clinic Family Dentistry - you are a cut above all other dentistry experiences I have previously had. Simply the best, hands down without a doubt.

All I can say is best dental experience I've ever had. Everyone was super pleasant. Laura did a great job cleaning my teeth. In fact, in the 35 years I've been alive. I've never had my teeth cleaned this well. It's so refreshing to have my mouth feel so clean and normal again. The dentist himself was also super friendly and very knowledgeable and they are easy to work with if you don't have insurance. This should be your new dentist office if your looking to change.
